Firearms Transfer Instructions

Under FEDERAL law, ALL firearms must be delivered IN PERSON, after the Federal NICS background check.
We may only deliver over the counter firearms to residents of the following states:
Handguns - Alabama residents ONLY
Longguns - Residents of Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Mississippi ONLY

If you live in ANY other state, or do not wish to visit us in person, you must make arrangements with an FFL holder in your state to receive the item and transfer the firearm to you.

Please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering large capacity magazines. This List may not be up to date.

All HANDGUN purchases MUST be shipped UPS NEXT DAY AIR or 2nd DAY AIR
or picked up IN PERSON We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges accordingly.

You must contact a Federal Firearms License holder in the state in which you live, to accept the transfer of firearms purchased from PistolandPawn.com (Larry's Pistol & Pawn). The firearms will be shipped to that FFL holder's business address and they will perform the necessary background check and transfer the firearms to you. You may check with local gun stores, gunsmiths or pawn shops to see if they perform firearms transfers. You should expect to pay $25-$50, plus any state required fees, for the transfer.

Your your local FFL holder must send RNB, inc. dba Larry's Pistol & Pawn a clear ink signed copy of their current FFL and a copy of your sales invoice. The FFL and official order form may be sent to us via US Mail, email, or you may fax us the documents. We are prohibited, by Federal Law, from shipping the firearm UNTIL we receive this document.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the firearm is legal to possess in their area.

As of early 2006, FFL holders may fax their SIGNED FFL to another dealer for a firearms transfer.
